I guess there is a first for everything.....and this is my first entry in a blog of any sort. I'm not sure what's covered in the archetype first post, however if I did know I'm not sure if I'd follow it anyways.
I suppose this blog is going to be sort of a documentation....a documentation of my journey as a college student and my journey to combat Modern day slavery, follow my God and just live, alive. I'm sure other things will come along in this journey....this dance that I am learning the steps to, that's the way it is with every journey. When other things come my way, I am going to be sure to keep my eyes and hands open so I can grab onto the new experiences and lessons. I am going to jump off the cliff that I've been holding on to for so long and when I do, I'll realize that instead of falling, I'm actually flying. I'm going to step out of the darkness to find my own wings and fly.
